Requirements
- Law degree (LLB, LLM, JD preferred) from accredited school in France or EU
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience including 4 years in international law firm
- Track record structuring non-dilutive financings including loans and project finance
- Familiarity with LMA standard documentation required
- Experience with cross-border, multi-jurisdictional financing and external counsel management
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
- Strong negotiation skills with banks, investors and infrastructure partners
- Understanding of tax implications of financing and AI technologies
