- JD from accredited law school and member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
- 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience including project management
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including form agreements

- Fluency in common AI tools with track record of using AI to drive efficiency
- Generalist skill set with willingness to tackle problems outside core expertise
- Strong business judgment with ability to balance detail and fast-paced execution
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business teams
- Excellent writing, communication and people skills
- Understanding of AI technologies and intersection with privacy, competition and IP
