Requirements
- Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or HR technology, ideally within or closely with an HR/People function
- Strong practical SQL and Python skills building pipelines and transformations
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Ashby and integrating ATS, payroll, identity and finance tools via APIs
- Built and maintained workflows in n8n or similar tools such as Make, Zapier, Workato or Langdock
- Working experience with data warehousing like Snowflake or BigQuery, dbt, and visualisation tools like Metabase, Looker, Tableau or Power BI
