Requirements
- Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech company
- Strong product mindset turning complex business and employee needs into intuitive solutions
- Experience with global HR tech platforms and integrations to ATS, payroll, identity and finance
- Strong workflow-automation experience and appetite to build with LLMs, agents and APIs
- Solid analytics foundations in forecasting, visualisation and modern data stack
- Working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to employee data
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and managing or mentoring technical team members
