Requirements
- 5+ years in search engineering, data infrastructure or SRE / platform role
- Proficiency in software development (Python, Go) and programming best practices
- Hands-on experience with large-scale search or data systems
- Exposure to site reliability engineering, troubleshooting and on-call rotations
- Exposure to infrastructure management including Kubernetes and observability
- Experience designing and operating large-scale data pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ownership and high agency
- Autonomous, self-driven and low-ego team player in fast-paced startup
