Requirements

• 6+ years in data center / server hardware or L2/L3 hardware support, including complex hands-on work in production environments
• End-to-end hardware expertise across compute, storage, interconnect, power and cooling interfaces
• Diagnostics depth with BMC/IPMI consoles, Linux logs and structured root-cause analysis
• Deployment experience taking racks from delivery to production-ready
• Vendor management experience with RMAs, field replacements and SLA-driven escalations
• Impeccable safety and discipline with ESD/LOTO/PPE and auditable work
• Clear communication and mentoring of L1-L3 engineers during live operations
• Willing to visit other sites in the Paris region as needed
