Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps, Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, internal tooling or SRE
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Go, Python) and software development best practices
- Experience with developer workflow optimization, tooling, automation and developer support
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, logging and observability
- Exposure to multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure or on-prem)
- Exposure to security tools and approaches: OWASP, SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability scanners
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to gain buy-in for high-stakes solutions
