Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role within technical sales or solutions engineering
• Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Proven track record in optimising processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities
• Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align competing priorities
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Hands-on builder of internal tools and data workflows; comfortable turning manual processes into scalable systems
• Strong analytical skills to design ROI and value frameworks, build reporting, and translate data into operational decisions
• Technical acumen and AI fluency: understanding of AI implementation, use cases, and scaling challenges
• Native-level fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
