Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology or similarly demanding environment
- Experience at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director or equivalent level
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn strategy into execution
- Experience leading large accounts, complex programs or senior customer relationships
- Credibility to engage executives and C-level stakeholders on priorities and impact
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment
- Comfort working at the frontier of technology amid ambiguity
- Low-ego, high-ownership mindset
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
