Senior strategy consultant or transformation leader with executive presence and strong business judgment who wants to move from advising change to building frontier AI directly with ambitious enterprises.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology or similar demanding environment
• Experience at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director or equivalent level in top-tier consulting or transformation
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and turn strategy into execution
• Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships
• Credibility to engage executives and C-level stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and impact
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with ability to challenge assumptions constructively
• Comfort working at technology frontier when solutions evolve quickly and path is undefined
• Low-ego, high-ownership mindset with desire to build with customers and teams
• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
