Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ years in startup or high-growth environment focused on Research Science and Research Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to independently hire Research Engineers, Research Scientists and senior research talent
• Deep network and sourcing expertise in US research and engineering talent markets with credibility in AI/ML
• Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets for top researchers
• Experience working across multiple US markets including relocation and visa-driven hiring
• Willingness to support other roles as hiring needs arise
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior technical stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage high-volume hiring slate with shifting priorities
• Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
• Familiarity with AI/ML research landscape including frontier models, research directions and publications
