Requirements
- 5+ years in recruiting, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
- Experience with global early careers, internships or graduate recruitment
- Expertise in international university partnerships and campus recruitment
- Experience building inclusive intern programs with strong project management
- Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize recruitment processes
- Experience with international hiring; fluent English, French a plus
- Ability to advise and align senior leaders with credibility
- Hands-on executor balancing strategy with operational excellence
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn search and AI productivity tools a plus
