Requirements
- Proven track record recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
- Experience owning searches independently in outbound-driven, competitive markets
- 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Ability to shift between strategic projects and hands-on execution
- Experience with international recruiting and working in distributed teams
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn search, Modernloop, and AI productivity tools is a plus
- Attention to detail, accountability, and results-driven approach
