Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure with Corporate and/or Sales/GTM focus
• Ability to independently hire across full GTM stack and key Corporate functions
• Deep network and sourcing expertise in EMEA talent markets
• Track record hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets including cross-border and multi-language hiring
• Experience across multiple EMEA markets with country-specific comp, benefits and employment nuance
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage high-volume slate
• Experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
• Familiarity with AI/ML landscape
