Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting, preferably in tech, high-growth, or competitive environments
• Deep experience hiring for technical and/or scientific roles
• Ability to own and execute searches independently in highly competitive talent landscapes
• Skilled at analyzing metrics to solve problems and optimize recruitment processes
• Experience with international hiring and fluent English communication
• Ability to advise and align senior leaders with credibility and diplomacy
• Capable of balancing strategy with operational excellence, staying organized and disciplined
• Familiarity with modern ATS (e.g. Ashby), LinkedIn search, scheduling and AI-driven productivity tools is a plus
