Requirements

• 7+ years of total recruiting experience, ideally across agencies, high-growth startups, and enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to hire at high throughput at scale in complex environments without compromising quality
• Deep expertise in Technical roles: FDE, SWE, MLE, Research Eng, Applied Science
• Experience with autonomous, outbound recruiting in highly competitive talent markets
• Systems thinker, geeky about tooling and automation and AI tools
• Fluent in English and experience recruiting internationally
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Organized, disciplined, target-driven with strong project management
• Comfortable with ambiguity of a small, growing startup
• Ideally proficient with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools
