Requirements

• 8+ years in workplace project management, facilities management, or corporate real estate with multi-site delivery
• Ability to align project delivery with business objectives and long-term workplace strategy
• Strong budget, financial reporting and strategic vendor negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of risk, contingency planning and compliance including ESG and health & safety
• Experience with workplace management tools, automation and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in tech or fast-growing scale-up environments
• Knowledge of IWMS platforms, space planning software and workplace design
• Familiarity with international workplace standards and sustainability certifications
