Requirements

• 3+ years in startups, business operations, GTM, partnerships, growth, product marketing, sales or similar high-ownership role
• Strong bias for execution with hands-on drive to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating complex technical ideas into clear messaging
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environment and creating structure where little exists
• Able to context-switch across GTM, partnerships, customer conversations and founder support
• Genuine interest in technical products with credibility with engineers, researchers and technical buyers
• Deep care for customer relationships, turning feedback into product and GTM action
