Requirements

• Graduate-level education in a computational, mathematical, engineering, or data science discipline
• Experience designing experiments, developing quantitative metrics, or building evaluation systems for ML products
• Familiarity with information retrieval, embeddings, vector search, transformers, RAG, LLMs, multimodal AI, or ML infrastructure
• Experience developing or evaluating production AI systems
• Experience working with large-scale consumer or enterprise technology products
• Experience working directly with customers on technically complex AI or data systems
• Experience operating in high-growth startups requiring rapid technical prioritization
