Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace, facilities, or office operations, ideally building programs at high-growth tech company
• 2+ years of people management, including leading through office moves or openings
• Experience overseeing workplace operations across multiple offices, ideally in more than one country
• Strong taste and judgment for what looks and feels like Modal
• Hands-on approach with willingness to dive into details
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and translate strategy into local execution
• Thrives in fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Excited to work in-office and collaborate IRL with willingness to travel globally
