Requirements

• 3+ years running recruiting/talent programs, events, or university relations, owning a program end-to-end including budget and vendors
• High influence, low ego with ability to build relationships across recruiting, hiring managers, and marketing
• Strong project management skills juggling multiple concurrent events and timelines without dropping details
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable representing Modal externally
• Takes ownership seriously, driving programs to completion and building structures that scale
