Requirements
- Managed enterprise accounts deploying infrastructure / on-prem software
- Can read API docs and discuss model behavior and latency tradeoffs with engineering leads
- Track record of renewing and expanding accounts through strong customer relationships
- Prior experience as first or second CS hire with experience building processes from scratch
