Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, NLP, or AI systems with LLM experience
• Deep understanding of agentic system design, LLM post-training, or evaluation
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze research experiments end-to-end
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced cross-disciplinary teams
