Requirements

• 7+ years in technical recruiting, with at least 3 hiring ML, robotics, autonomy, or similarly specialized engineering talent
• 2+ years managing recruiters, ideally while still carrying own searches
• Working understanding of the Autonomy or ML talent market and how compensation offers are set
• Technical fluency to hold credible conversations with engineers and identify strong candidates
• Data-first approach with ownership of funnel numbers and acting on them
• Strong judgment in competitive closes against top startups and big tech
• Desire to build true partnership with engineering leaders on process, pitch, and talent bar
