Requirements

• 3+ years in People Operations, HR analytics, or immigration/global mobility coordination
• Direct experience with U.S. immigration cases including H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT, TN, O-1, PERM
• Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards
• Exceptional attention to detail with compliance deadlines and data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for employee-facing support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
