Requirements

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems, embedded software, ML infrastructure, data platforms, or robotics
• Track record delivering ambiguous technical programs from definition through release and adoption
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using evidence to guide prioritization and trade-offs
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate clearly to engineers, executives and partners
• Sound judgment on when to investigate personally, when to delegate, and how much process a program needs
• Degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
