Requirements

• 1 year of resource planning, allocation, optimization and reporting, ideally in fleet management or robot operations
• Ability to implement schedule of operating times for assigned shift including shift rotations
• Ability to synthesize data to drive operations insights, comfortable with sheets and Looker
• Ability to work independently to solve problems and resolve issues
• Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment with willingness to help where needed
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain flexible with changing business needs and schedule changes
