Requirements

• 7+ years legal experience in fast-growing tech company, top-tier law firm, or both
• Significant experience independently handling complex commercial transactions
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience advising high-growth technology businesses with practical guidance
• Working knowledge of IP, privacy, liability and risk allocation, and supply chain
• Strong legal judgment and business acumen with accountable recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and build trust
• Execution-oriented, resourceful and collaborative in cross-functional teams
• Interest in using AI tools to improve legal workflows and efficiency
• Admission to at least one state bar required, California Bar preferred
