Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience, ideally in a regulated, compliance-heavy environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills under deadline pressure
• Strong attention to detail with legal, regulatory, or compliance documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tight timelines independently
• Experience working with Public Trust, regulatory, legal, or compliance teams
• Comfort working with software operations teams and translating technical processes into reporting
• High degree of self-direction with minimal oversight
