Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills in C++ and/or Rust
• Experience shipping on-device software under real-world constraints
• Understanding of autonomy fundamentals: planning, localization, controls
• Experience with robotics middleware such as ROS/ROS 2, gRPC, DDS
• Proficiency with debugging and performance profiling tools
• Strong testing discipline with simulation/HIL and safe rollout practices
