Requirements

• In-house technical recruiting experience at talent dense technology companies, with at least 2 years recruiting for ML, robotics, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Demonstrated experience building candidate pipelines through direct/outbound sourcing
• Experience partnering directly with engineering directors/VPs on hiring strategy and role definition
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent open searches
• Working knowledge of an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) for pipeline tracking and reporting
• Practical fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools
