Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in Robotics, AI/ML, Autonomy or deeply technical engineering domains
• Demonstrated success engaging and converting high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets
• Strong technical acumen with ability to quickly ramp on new complex engineering domains
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches
• Data-driven mindset using funnel metrics to prioritize and communicate impact
• Naturally curious, persistent and energized by deep research and long-term sourcing
