Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports including hiring and coaching
• Understanding of US labor laws, employment laws and driving laws
• Strong problem solver who takes initiative to resolve issues independently
• Comfortable reviewing data with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude with willingness to learn in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends
