Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports including hiring, coaching and performance management
• Understanding of US labor, employment and driving laws
• Strong problem-solving skills with initiative to resolve issues independently
• Comfortable reviewing data with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment with willingness to help where needed
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends
