Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing teams of at least 10+ direct reports
• Experience hiring, performance managing, coaching and/or mentoring
• Understanding of US Labor laws, Employment laws and Driving laws
• Strong problem solver who takes initiative to resolve issues
• Comfortable reviewing data with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy working in fast-paced, dynamic environment with willingness to help where needed
• Friendly, positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Excited about robots and supporting AI and robotics development
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends
