Ownership-driven engineer with 1+ years experience who loves deep-diving into complex systems and raising operational standards for ML training at scale.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Willingness to deep-dive into implementation and to raise technical and operational standards
• Demonstrated ownership mindset driving systems to operational maturity
• Strong proficiency in Python and comfort with C++, Go or similar systems language
• Hands-on experience running production infrastructure on Kubernetes
• Solid distributed-systems fundamentals and ability to reason about performance, failure modes and reliability
