• Demonstrated ability to apply evaluation criteria consistently across high volumes of work without losing precision
• High attention to detail and clear documentation others can act on
• Clear, specific written communication describing what failed, reproduction steps, and impact
• Comfort learning new tools and working across technical systems
• Reliable and self-directed, meeting cadences and deadlines consistently
