Requirements

• 7+ years building and deploying machine learning systems with track record leading complex multi-team initiatives
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Robotics or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong general machine learning foundations across model architectures, training and evaluation
• Skilled in Python (required) and/or C++
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, collaborate across teams and operate independently
• Clear communication skills with ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
