Requirements
- 2+ years industry experience training and deploying robot learning models or MSc/PhD focused on policy learning
- Track record deploying and debugging neural policies on physical robots with safety and calibration
- Advanced proficiency in Python and PyTorch
- Proficiency with Linux, ROS 1/2, and Docker/Singularity
- Understanding of imitation learning (Behavior Cloning, ACT, Diffusion Policy) and data curation
- Experience designing reproducible real-world benchmarking protocols and evaluations
