Requirements

• 10+ years selling PaaS and/or SaaS with record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex multi-year enterprise motions
• Direct experience selling to higher education institutions or systems, understanding decentralized decision-making, governance, procurement, privacy and security
• Demonstrated ownership of consumption- or usage-based revenue, forecasting usage, driving adoption and expansion
• Technical depth to learn complex AI products, lead discovery, partner with technical teams and translate capabilities into institutional outcomes
• Experience leading strategic transformations including governance, change management, adoption and measurable outcomes
• Strong executive presence, structured communication and ability to earn trust across senior leaders, faculty and technical experts
• Excellent account planning, qualification, negotiation, forecasting and cross-functional orchestration skills
