Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of close processes
• Strong general accounting foundation and practical knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Hands-on intercompany accounting experience including reconciliations and resolution
• Ability to independently resolve routine and moderately complex accounting issues
• Experience operating and improving internal controls and supporting audits
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Track record of improving accounting processes with interest in automation and AI
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage deadlines
• CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred
• Experience in a global, multi-entity or high-growth technology company a plus
