Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising, growth marketing, or advertiser marketing
• Deep understanding of Japan's advertising market, SMB needs and agency relationships
• Experience building and launching programs from scratch in ambiguity
• Strong knowledge of self-serve advertising and performance marketing
• Experience working with agencies and partners to reach and grow advertisers
• Strong analytical judgment connecting insight and experimentation to revenue
• Track record collaborating with Sales, Product and global marketing teams
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
