Requirements

• 8+ years in technical support, support engineering, escalations, or related customer-facing technical role
• Meaningful familiarity with life sciences workflows such as computational biology, bioinformatics, or genomics
• Ability to triage scientific tooling questions and recognize when expert consultation is needed
• Expert SaaS troubleshooting skills with ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Polished enterprise communication and calm handling of high-stakes incidents
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, life sciences, or equivalent experience
