Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in User Operations, Engineering, Support Engineering or similar technical roles
• Comfortable using emerging technologies to script or engineer code for automating tasks and integrating tools
• Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting skills with ability to rapidly understand new technologies
• Polished enterprise communication and calm with high-stakes customers during live incident calls
• Proven experience building strong relationships with customers and cross-functional partners
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving with clear communication of complex technical issues
• Thrives in ambiguity, adapts rapidly to change and continuously learns
• Humble, team-first mindset with eagerness to help others
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
