Requirements
- 8+ years in User Operations, Engineering, Support Engineering or similar technical roles
- Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Comfortable scripting in Python and using AI tools to automate tasks
- Polished enterprise communication and calm with high-stakes customers on live calls
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Must be U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Tier 4 High Risk Public Trust
- Available for 6am Pacific weekday start and occasional holiday/weekend on-call
