- Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting with ability to rapidly learn new technologies
- Experience scripting in Python to automate tasks and integrate tools
- Polished enterprise communication, calm with high-stakes customers on live calls
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Available for occasional holiday and weekend on-call coverage
