- 8+ years in User Operations, Engineering, Support Engineering or similar
- Comfortable scripting and automating with Python and emerging AI tools
- Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting with rapid learning of new technologies
- Polished enterprise communication and calm on live incident calls
- Proven relationship-building with customers and cross-functional partners
- Exceptional critical thinking and clear communication of complex issues
- Thrive in ambiguity, adapt rapidly and continuously learn
- Humble, team-first mindset with eagerness to help others
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Fully fluent in English, spoken and written
