Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- 8+ years in User Operations, Engineering, Support Engineering or similar technical roles
- Comfortable scripting/code (e.g., Python) to automate tasks and integrate tools
- Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Polished enterprise communication and calm with high-stakes customers on live calls
- Proven experience building relationships with customers and cross-functional partners
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
