Requirements

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical customer success
• Guided enterprise organizations from technical evaluation through production adoption and measurable impact
• Builds credibility with senior technical and business leaders and hands-on engineers
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations including APIs, data integration, security and privacy
• Understanding of modern AI systems, frontier LLMs, agentic applications and evaluation
• Ability to prototype with APIs, SDKs and languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience developing technical account plans and connecting adoption to measurable outcomes
• Expertise in digital-native businesses or relevant industry domains
