Requirements

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account leadership
• Track record guiding enterprise organizations from evaluation through production adoption to measurable impact
• Credibility with senior executives and engineers with clear communication across both
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations across APIs, distributed systems, data, identity and security
• Understanding of modern AI systems including frontier LLMs, agentic apps, evaluation and retrieval workflows
• Ability to prototype with APIs and SDKs using Python or JavaScript and explain technical tradeoffs
• Experience building technical account plans and prioritizing complex customer portfolios
• Fluency with digital-native businesses or relevant industry expertise
